By creating an account, downloading, or using the LHOOP Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use LHOOP.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

5. Community and Social Features

LHOOP includes community and social features that allow users to:

• Participate in events and group activities
   

By using these features, you agree to interact respectfully with other users.

You agree not to:

• Harass or threaten other users

• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

• Misrepresent your identity
   

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.

 

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

LHOOP provides tools and information related to health, fitness, and lifestyle tracking.

These services may include:

• Activity tracking

• Step counts

• Nutrition logs

• AI-generated suggestions
   

All information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your health, diet, or exercise routines.

LHOOP is not responsible for health outcomes resulting from use of the Services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with LHOOP are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Distribute

any part of the Services without prior written permission.

 

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of LHOOP may require a paid subscription.

LHOOP currently offers premium subscription plans including:

​

• Monthly Plan: 249 THB per month

• Annual Plan: 2490 THB per year
   

Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users.

Payment processing and billing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used.

​

LHOOP does not directly process or store payment information.

 

9. Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial when subscribing to a premium plan.

​

At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled before the trial ends.

​

Free trials may only be used once per account or per platform account as determined by the app store provider.

 

10. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

The renewal charge will be applied to your platform account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by the respective platform provider (Apple or Google) according to their policies.

 

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

Upon deletion, your account and associated data may be permanently removed, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in unlawful behavior

• Abuse the Services or other users
   

 

12. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LHOOP shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• incidental damages

• loss of data

• loss of profits

• damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LHOOP in the previous 12 months, if any.

 

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes occur, we will notify users through the website or application.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
